I was thinking about picking this up but I want to know what makes the multiplayer so amazing? Are there certain modes that havent been offered before or are the multiplayer maps well designed? Sort of like how Battlefield 1943 sh!ts on Bad Company because of the flawless map layout.

The second installment of this game should have more vehicles, weapons, maps and more massive environments. Also if it launches with a few more multiplayer modes I would be unbelievably pumped for this. The first PS3 warhawk was ridiculously good and addicting so I don't think it needs a single player campaign.

Try Crash Commando from the PSN. Some of the best money I have spent on the PSN besides Wipeout and the Pixeljunk series. If you like unreal tournament and online you'll love CC.
Yes we do obviously disagree as I dont feel something has to be completely different to be considered innovative. If a cure for a disease is discovered using preexisting techniques I would consider that innovative, wouldn't you? I mean no disrespect to anyone on the board by this as I am just trying to make a point. Innovation, no matter field, should have a consistent definition and should not mean something totally different in the video game industry.
Unchartered has some of the best graphics on a console ever. Unbelievable storytelling and the first adventure game to include an innovative cover system.
Resistance 2 is 3 games in one in my opinion. Coop, Competitive and Single player Campaign. Coop alone is innovation....8 players, different storyline to the original & a balanced system. You simply cannot finish without team work and every class must be equally represented.

Innovation = Little Big Planet, Unchartered, Resistance, Killzone, Warhawk, MGS4 & the rest of the unbelievable titles I have enjoyed so far on the PS3. MS has a big mouth and should just shut the F-CK up.

I don't comment much on this site but honestly this should be recognized. The Co-op is incredible and also very challenging. I probably played the co-op 40 times and I still havent found a team that I could finish with. In my opinion its better than the competitive portion at least from what is shown in the demo. This game will be AAA!

I am a PS3 fan but this site has like zero credibility....Go to the about us link on the top left of this website. The reviewers for WGB are btwn. the ages of 16 & 22. Not to say they don't know what they are doing but come one half of them are still going through puberty. I am as bumbed out about this game as you are but I am interested to see what some of the people on this site have to say that have actually played it.
Has anyone played this f-ckin game yet? How bout we hold off some judgement until we get the point of view of someone thats actually given this a go. I personally liked the 4 player co op demo so why is every stupid Xbox fanboy coming and trashing something they never played? Grow up guys these are video games not life....Find another hobby other than bashing another systems games when you were pissed off you werent getting it to begin with.

Anyone know if you can access the vehicles in the multiplayer modes like deathmatch or team deathmatch etc..? Personal opinion - the demo was pretty good...I guess I am not a graphics whore like some of the other people that didnt give this game a chance. 576p or 770p I cant tell the difference. I need something else because GTA was just awful IMO.
I purchased COD MW2 today and played the multiplayer for two hours when I got home from work. I can only compare it to PS3 games as I dont own an Xbox but I am extremely disappointed. I played the first endlessly but this one feels a bit different. Its faster, more twitchy and the graphics dont compare with the likes of Killzone and certainly not Uncharted or Uncharted 2. More guns and different maps does not make a great game. FYI....I have nothing against Activision or IW, this is just ...
